Katie Jones
Founder, CEO

For the past 17 years Katie has worked as a HR Manager, Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Trainer in many industries including; aviation, environmental, telecommunications, defence and media. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, Executive Coaching qualification through the International Coaching Community.

She has worked with global companies, both in the UK and Australia where she grew her expertise in developing teams and leaders. 

Knowing that investment in people is the key to a successful business, Katie strategically drives companies towards a high-performance culture.

Project Examples:

Emerging Leaders Program: This program taught emerging leaders how to have meaningful and effective conversations with their teams. They learned how to drive a successful and high-performance culture.  

High Performing Culture: Using team profiling analysis, we coached teams to build trust, challenge each other, improve accountability, and focus on achieving superior business results. 

Employee Engagement: During this program, we coached leaders and managers to gain a deeper understanding of employee motivation. This gave them the skills to increase the engagement in their team. 

Leadership Development Program: Our one-to-one coaching sessions, enabled leaders and managers to increase their capabilities and lead their teams more effectively.
